  • The jury recognized our approach to intergenerational collaboration and our commitment to supporting employees throughout their careers.
  • The award was presented on May 29 in Prague at the European Diversity Day 2026 conference.

In the second annual Diversity Charter 2026 Awards, which recognize companies and individuals for their innovative contributions to diversity, inclusion, and responsible practices in the labor market, we took first place in the “Company Open to All Generations” category.

The category recognized companies that actively support intergenerational cooperation in the workplace and create a welcoming environment for employees at various stages of life. The expert jury highlighted our comprehensive employee lifecycle care project.

The awards ceremony took place on Friday, May 29, in Prague at the European Diversity Day 2026 conference, organized by the alliance of responsible companies Business for Society as part of European Diversity Month. The award for HMMC was accepted by Klára Klepáčová (Head of the Human Resources Department) and Kateřina Churá (Head of the Training Section).

We are delighted to receive this award in the “Company Open to All Generations” category. At Hyundai, we strive to create an environment where people in various life stages can thrive—whether they’re just starting out, raising children, or have many years of experience under their belt. We know that working in manufacturing isn’t always easy, which is why it’s important for us to find ways to make people’s jobs as easy as possible while also supporting them outside of work. We see this award as confirmation that we’re heading in the right direction, and as motivation to keep going.
