Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech has received another major recognition in this year’s 23rd edition of the prestigious Pluxee Employer of the Year competition. In the Moravian-Silesian Region, we took 1st place in the category of companies with up to 5,000 employees, and at the national level, we successfully defended our excellent 2nd place.

“We are very pleased with the Employer of the Year award. It confirms that our long-term efforts to create a fair working environment, stability, people development, and open communication truly matter. One of our strengths is the ability to listen to employees, work with data, and at the same time maintain a human approach. The fact that we’ve been able to succeed repeatedly is thanks to the entire team. We also see this recognition as motivation to further improve our corporate culture and care for our people,” said Klára Klepáčová, Head of the Human Resources Department, who accepted the award at the gala ceremony in Prague on June 17.
