To establish cooperation with HMMC, it is necessary to provide the following documents:

1. General Terms and Conditions
2. Completed Registration Form

Please download both documents below, fill them in as applicable, and ensure they are duly signed and stamped by your company.

At the same time, we kindly ask you to attach a brief company presentation (PDF or PowerPoint format) to your registration.

After completion, please scan the documents and send them electronically to:
