Sanghoon Yoon
Mr. Yoon joined Hyundai Motor in 1995. He began his career in the Ulsan Plant Production Control team. Between 2002 and 2007, he worked at the HMMA (Hyundai Motor Manufacturing America) Production Control department in US.
From 2013 to 2020, he worked in HQ as Head of Business Strategy 2 Group, Head of Global Business Strategy team, and Head of Global Business Planning team. In 2021, he was appointed Head of Asian Pacific Business Strategy Group, and in 2025 he was in charge of HQ Business Planning sub-division in HQ. In January 2026, Mr. Yoon was appointed President of HMMC.
Sunghyong Kang
Mr. Kang has been working at Hyundai Motor Company since 2000. Between 2019 and 2023, he worked at the HMMEA (Hyundai Motor Middle East and Africa) Finance department.
Before joining HMMC, he worked as the Head of Global Finance team, and Head of Global Finance Management 1 team. In January 2026, he joined HMMC as the Head of Finance Division.
Sunsu Kim
Mr. Kim has been working at Hyundai Motor Group since 2000. He has been responsible for several procurement areas, such as Exterior, Electrics, and Procurement strategy in Korea. He also worked for almost 6 years in the HMG compliance group. Before joining HMMC, he worked as the Head of the Electric parts procurement group at the HMG R&D center. In August 2024, he joined HMMC as the Head of the Procurement Division.
Dongsik Shin
Mr. Shin has been with Hyundai Motor Company since 2001, specializing in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. He has gained international experience at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing America and the Hyundai China Plant.
Before joining HMMC, he led the Hyundai Quality Assurance Management Department and the Japan Business Quality Department. Since January 2025, he has been the Head of the Quality Division at HMMC.
Martin Klíčník
Mr Martin Klíčník joined HMMC in 2007 at the Quality Control Department. In 2009 he was appointed Head of the Assembly Quality Control Section, three years later as Head of the Quality Control Department, in 2019 Head of Quality Sub-division, in September 2022 Head of the Production Subdivision in September and then assumed the role of Head of Production Division in April 2024. Since 2013, he has also acted as a coordinator of preparatory teams (CFT) to verify the readiness of new models for mass production.
Petr Michník
Petr Michník joined HMMC in 2006 and his first position was in the Legal Department, where he worked as a senior specialist. He became Head of the Legal Department in 2010 and since 2020 he was also in the leading role of the External Relations Department. In 2021, he was appointed to the position of Head of the Administrative subdivision, and since January 2025, he has been theHead of the entire Administrative division.
Miroslav Jasiok
Mr Jasiok has been with HMMC since 2012, when he joined Paint Shop as Head of Section. Subsequently, he became Head of Department in the Welding Shop, then Final Assembly and after gaining enough experience in the operation of all these shops, he was appointed in 2019 Head of Production Sub-division. As of September 2022, he is the Head of the Quality Subdivision.
