Municipalities

Municipal days in Dobratice, Dolní Domaslavice, or Dolní Tošanovice, traditional film evenings at the Kamenite area in Vyšní Lhoty or purchasing equipment for organizing cultural events in the village of Pazderna. These activities, among others, will be supported in the 14^th year of the Good Neighbor program. Each of the 13 participating municipalities around the plant will receive an amount of 60,000 CZK.

This year, the municipalities of Dobrá, Dobratice, Dolní Domaslavice, Dolní Tošanovice, Horní Domaslavice, Horní Tošanovice, Nižní Lhoty, Nošovice, Pazderna, Raškovice, Třanovice, Vojkovice, and Vyšní Lhoty can also look forward to the contribution. The money will be used not only for organizing cultural and social events but also for purchasing necessary equipment for local associations.

The annual meeting of HMMC representatives and mayors or deputy mayors of municipalities, along with the handing over of symbolic checks, took place this year on Monday, February 24^th, at our car plant. In addition to presenting news from the HMMC environment, the mayors went on a site tour of the plant.

Good Neighbor Together

The municipalities of Vojkovice and Dolní Tošanovice will also receive financial support in the accompanying project “Good Neighbor Together.” Both municipalities will receive an additional 30,000 CZK. This support is for ecological activities involving the residents of the municipalities and employees of HMMC. In Vojkovice, there will be a revitalization of the park and the area around the parking lot opposite the municipal office, and in Dolní Tošanovice, the public space at the bus stop and in front of the municipal office will be improved.
