People are at the heart of everything we do. We focus on workplace safety – not only within our company but also among our suppliers – and on supporting a healthy work environment. It’s also essential to develop our employees’ skills so that we are ready for future challenges and can respond flexibly to changes in our industry.
TECHNOLOGY: We innovate with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
We place a strong emphasis on innovation – from automation, digitalization, and data processing to decision-making based on high-quality information. Innovation is also reflected in our products: we are working on new models with a focus on safety, quality, and high standards. One specific goal, for example, is that by 2030 we plan to have three fully electric models.
ENVIRONMENT: We are moving towards carbon neutrality and sustainable resource management.

We have set specific steps to reduce emissions and use resources more efficiently. Protecting biodiversity is an integral part of this effort.
