Do you have a project idea that will contribute to community development, improvement of public spaces, or the strengthening of interpersonal relationships? Applications are open until October 7. Get involved!

The Hyundai Foundation Fund is launching a new grant round to support active communities, environmental initiatives, and civil society in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Financial support is available to associations, schools, libraries, municipalities, and individuals who want to energize their surroundings, promote cooperation, and leave a positive impact where they live.

Who or what are we looking to support this year?
We are primarily focusing on projects that care for the environment and support sustainable development, connect people, build relationships, and bring meaningful activities into community life, involve the public, students, volunteers, and different generations, foster cooperation among municipalities, schools, libraries, or nonprofits. We are seeking ideas that make a tangible difference in everyday life within towns and villages — whether it’s community gardens, neighborhood festivals, educational workshops, intergenerational projects, or ecological initiatives.

Who can apply for support?
Legal entities of a non-commercial and non-political nature – such as associations, institutes, public benefit corporations, church organizations, schools, libraries, municipalities, or publicly funded institutions. Individuals, provided the project is not carried out for profit.

Grant conditions:
Maximum grant amount per project: CZK 250,000
No minimum grant amount is set. Higher contributions are awarded only in exceptional cases.

Timeline:
Application deadline: Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM
Selection results will be announced by the end of November 2025.
