Petr Michník becomes new head
of the Administration Division

As of January, Petr Michník has become another Czech head of division at HMMC, succeeding as the head of the Administration Division, previously serving as the head of the Administration Subdivision. He now leads the entire Administration Division, which includes departments such as Human Resources (HR), General Affairs (GA), Facilities Management, Environmental Protection, and Health and Safety (Facilities & EHS), Security and IT (Security & IT), Legal, Employee Relations (ER), and External Relations (PR).

“We have many plans and new projects ahead of us, such as employee care initiatives and energy savings, while also responding to challenges brought by new European regulations. My goal is to continually strengthen HMMC’s position as a top employer, while improving our competitiveness and the positive impact the company has on its surroundings. I believe that with the excellent team I have the honor to work with, we will achieve this,” says the new head of the Administration Division. Following Martin Klíčník, who will lead the Production Division starting in April 2024, Petr Michník is the second Czech head of division at HMMC.

Petr Michník is the longest-serving employee at HMMC. He joined the company in 2006, initially as a senior specialist in the Legal Department. He became the head of the Legal Department in 2010, and since 2020, he has also led the External Relations Department. In 2021, he was appointed head of the Administrative Subdivision.
